Published by the Maryland State Archives, the Maryland Manual On-Line is a continuously updated guide to Maryland government. The on-line Manual presents an overview of the organizational structure and staffing of the executive, legislative and judicial branches of Maryland government. It shows agency personnel, budgets and organizational charts; describes the historical evolution of agencies, and their origin and functions; and lists and provides access to mandated reports.
